ALR Earthmoving Repairs is a family business owned & operated by
Andrew & Lynn Robyn Frino. We have been operating ALR for 17 yrs
& like all our customers, work hard to earn our living. Andrew of course
is the backbone of the work carried out by ALR. He is ably assisted by
his son Brett, who works from a second service vehicle.
Andrew has spent over 30 yrs in the earthmoving repair business where
almost 10 yrs were spent in the employment of J I Case (Australia)
serving on the workshop floor, in field service & as service supervisor
for the Brisbane Darra Branch. In 1994 J I Case sold it's Brisbane store
to a dealer network and it was at this time we decided to start our own
repair business.
All these years of repairing machinery has given Andrew much experience in troubleshooting & diagnosing faults in hydraulics, transmissions, engines, electrics & most importantly recognizing the needs of customers - whether they are fleet owners or owner operators. There is hardly a problem on a Case machine that Andrew has not seen before.
This experience has been a key factor in the ability to keep ALR Earthmoving Repairs running till now.
Our reputation in this field speaks for itself.
Like any business, we can't afford any lost profit - that means we want to avoid any failures on any repairs that we carry out - whether an o'ring is replaced at a fitting or (especially) a crown-wheel & pinion on a 1450!
We only want to do it once - so we want to do it right!
If customers aren't happy they won't come back & they'll tell all their mates - we don't want
that.
So, what this all adds up to is a better repair for the customer - at a time of grief we want
to make you a little bit happier by at least providing an honest repair job, as quickly as
possible & hopefully within your budget.
Remember, our reputation, the future of our business relies on our customers being totally
satisfied!
Please do not hesitate in contacting us with any enquiries concerning any problems you
may have with your Case Equipment - we want to help.
